Job Description

Description Temporary Development Assistant 100% Remote | Contract Creative Commons is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Development Assistant to support the Fundraising Team during its busiest year-end giving season. This role will assist with donation processing, donor data management, acknowledgment letters, prospect research, and general administrative support while collaborating with a fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process and track donor gifts and contributions + Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and donor management databases + Prepare donor acknowledgment and thank-you correspondence + Conduct donor and prospect research + Support fundraising operations and administrative projects + Collaborate effectively with remote team members across time zones

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Experience supporting fundraising, development, nonprofit, or donor relations teams preferred + Salesforce or donor CRM/database experience strongly preferred + Strong written communication and professional email skills + Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy + Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration
