Job Description
The Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, is seeking a mission-driven Director of Development to lead and advance our comprehensive fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This management position is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing a donor-focused annual development program, ensuring the mission and charism of the congregation is modeled and communicated in the development plan, activities and communications. Responsible to oversee all fundraising initiatives, including major gifts, annual giving, direct mail appeals, grant writing, special events, planned giving and donor communications, the Director of Development will provide strategic leadership for development operations and cultivate meaningful relationships with donors and community partners. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's Degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications or a similar field and 5-years of leadership experience in development, with demonstrated skills involving fundraising and marketing. Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) certification is preferred. We offer stability, 99% paid benefits and paid holidays.
