The Day Habilitation Specialist is responsible for providing personal care and skill development training for individuals with developmental disabilities in a manner that maximizes personal choice, rights, dignity and community inclusion. $1,000 SIGN-ON

BONUS FOR ALL NEW HIRES

(For employees working a minimum of 16 hours per week) : $500 awarded upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period in good standing. An additional $500 awarded after 6 months of employment. Requirements for the Day Habilitation Specialist include: High school diploma or GED. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Direct Care experience preferred. Must maintain valid NY State driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
