Bishop Carroll Catholic High School, a vibrant Catholic secondary school committed to educating students in spirit, heart, mind and body, seeks a dynamic and mission-driven Development Officer to lead and expand the school's donor relations, alumni engagement, and stewardship efforts. The Development Officer will work closely with school leadership, alumni, benefactors, and community stakeholders to advance the mission and financial sustainability of Bishop Carroll Catholic High School. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive advancement and fundraising strategy.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward annual, major, and planned gifts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni, parents, parishioners, foundations, corporations, and community partners.
• Coordinate capital campaigns, annual appeals, special events, and donor recognition programs.
• Identify and pursue grant opportunities and philanthropic partnerships.
• Maintain accurate donor records, prospect research, gift tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the principal and school leadership team to establish fundraising priorities and goals.
• Serve as a visible ambassador for Bishop Carroll Catholic High School throughout the region.
• Develop communication strategies that promote the school's mission, achievements, and advancement initiatives.
