Job Description

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have an Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred. Prior experience working with people with intellectual/development disabilities. 
Job Summary:
The position is primarily responsible for coordinating, developing and providing training to staff in a variety of topics related to the field of intellectual/developmental disability. Must be flexible with hours - providing some evening or early morning training.
Job Location:
BethlehemMonday through Friday, with flexibility for training needs. 
EOE Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and ongoing evaluation of an orientation and in-service program for LifePath that meets regulatory and quality service needs.2. Provide scheduled training for employees.3. Maintain certification or other requirements for the provision of training.4. Assist the Training Coordinator in developing and maintaining training materials related to specific topics that have been agreed upon with the CHRO.5. Provide training in a manner that meets professional and regulatory standards and is respectful to those in attendance. 6. Adjust schedule as required to meet the needs of LifePath.7. Assist, when necessary, the Quality Assurance Specialists with maintaining the tracking system for Medication Practicums and MAR reviews. 8. Assist with creating the quarterly training schedule.9. Become familiar with and assist in maintaining the Relias Learning Management System.10. Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of the Direct Support Professional and Front-Line Supervisor credentialing program through
NADSP.11.
Submit appropriate information to American Red Cross as required for staff CPR certification.12. Conduct/assist with licensing audits, as needed.13. As requested, participate in Committees.14. Perform tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or redesigned depending upon individual circumstances.
