Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization with passion, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of program development, staff supervision, and organizational management. Your leadership will drive our mission forward by fostering strong community relationships, ensuring compliance with social service standards, and enhancing service delivery for individuals from underserved communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated leader eager to make a meaningful impact in the social services sector, particularly in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership to all organizational programs, ensuring alignment with mission and community needs Supervise and support program managers and social service staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on high-quality service delivery Develop, implement, and evaluate programs that meet the needs of individuals with disabilities and behavioral health challenges Manage organizational operations including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, clients, funders, and stakeholders to promote organizational growth and sustainability Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives Ensure adherence to all legal, ethical, and social service standards while maintaining transparent communication with clients and team members Lead efforts in grant writing, reporting, and program development to expand services and improve organizational impact Qualifications Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health conditions in a social services setting Demonstrated leadership in social services administration with supervisory experience in managing teams of social work or program staff Strong relationship management skills to engage community partners, funders, clients, and staff effectively Extensive administrative experience including budgeting, compliance oversight, and program management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting purposes Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse populations effectively Experience working with underserved communities to promote equity and access to services Excellent written communication skills for grant applications, reports, and client correspondence Knowledge of behavioral health practices and social work principles to guide program development and staff supervision Join us as we work passionately to empower individuals through innovative programs rooted in compassion and excellence.
