What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Site Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, and make sure every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide a world-class guest experience — every guest, every time Demonstrate a strong understanding of Guest Experience Specialist and Team Lead responsibilities Execute daily operational functions, standards, and expectations Support the training, coaching, and development of team members Communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and guests Help resolve guest concerns, employee conflicts, and operational issues Support sales and membership performance Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and operational standards Develop a growing understanding of basic car wash equipment and maintenance Assist the Site Manager with creating a positive, accountable, and high-performing team environment What We're Looking For We're looking for leaders who are: Dependable and ready to lead by example Positive, energetic, and guest-focused Comfortable coaching and communicating with a team Able to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn operational and basic maintenance responsibilities Motivated to grow into future leadership opportunities Experience in car wash operations, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or team leadership is helpful, but we are also willing to develop the right candidate.
