Keep the adventure fresh, exciting, and evolving. Your Role as Assistant General Manager You'll be the right hand to our General Manager—keeping the park running smoothly, motivating the crew, overseeing our dynamic sales efforts, and ensuring every guest leaves smiling.

Key Leadership Responsibilities:

Sales Team Leadership & Membership Program:

Oversee our exciting Membership Program , serving as a hands-on leader by coaching, mentoring, developing, and supporting our Membership Sales Team staff to achieve growth and sales targets.

Team Development & Staff Support:

Provide continuous support for our dynamic staff through hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.

Park Operations & Management:

Act as the leader on duty and run the park seamlessly when the General Manager is off-site.

Safety & Compliance:

Oversee daily safety checklists, cleanliness inspections, and equipment inventory. Enforce safety rules and waiver procedures with professionalism and kindness.

SOP Execution:

Perform and verify all standard operating procedure tasks (safety, cleanliness, inventory, tills, opening/closing, etc.).

Business Growth & Marketing:

Assist with social media marketing, local cross-promotions, and review monthly reports with the GM to improve profitability and plan for park growth.

Hands-On Leadership:

Lead by example with a positive attitude—jumping in wherever needed, from guest interactions and counter operations to team meetings.

Emergency Readiness:

Maintain CPR & First Aid certification and be prepared to respond when needed.

What We're Looking For Leadership:

Leadership experience preferred (management, supervisory, or team lead background).

Skills & Background:

Background in sales, marketing, or social media promotion is a major plus.

Mentorship Mindset:

Passionate about coaching, developing, and empowering a high-energy team.

Communication & Drive:

Strong communicator, problem solver, and motivator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
