Golf Course Manager StarX Golf - Duarte, California StarX Golf is seeking a hands-on, business-minded Golf Course Manager to lead overall golf course and driving range operations, team management, course quality, and business growth.

Compensation Base Salary:

$72,000 per year

Annual Performance Bonus:

10% of annual operating profit Business Goals Grow monthly revenue toward $80,000-$100,000+ Continuously improve operating profit, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Improve the quality of greens, fairways, and overall course conditions Key Responsibilities Oversee daily golf course and driving range operations Lead, train, and supervise operations and maintenance teams Monitor the quality of greens, fairways, driving range, and facility maintenance Continuously improve course conditions and the overall golfer experience Grow revenue through golf rounds, driving range, memberships, lessons, leagues, and events Control labor, purchasing, maintenance, and other operating costs Manage scheduling, pricing, inventory, and daily business operations Report business performance and key operational matters to company management Qualifications Excellent professional English communication skills for working with customers and employees Mandarin Chinese speaking ability is strongly preferred for communication with company management Strong business management, leadership, and execution skills Golf course, driving range, or related management experience preferred Proven ability in revenue growth, cost control, and profitability management PGA membership or related golf industry certification preferred, but not required Responsible, results-oriented, and hands-on Available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require
