Job Description
McGee Toyota of Putnam, CT We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Business (F&I) Manager to join our growing dealership. If you have a proven track record of maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Present and explain finance, leasing, warranty, and protection product options to customers. Secure financing through a network of lenders while ensuring competitive terms. Ensure all deals are accurate, compliant, and funded promptly. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations. Work closely with the sales team to provide a seamless vehicle delivery process. Achieve finance, product penetration, and profitability goals. Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and vendor partners. Qualifications Previous Automotive F&I Manager experience preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lending, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency with dealership management systems and F&I software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
