Job Summary:

Responsible for the growth and margin increase in the Disposables, Jan/San & Lodging categories for our Ocala OPCO. Responsible for the product education and sales training of our Regional & District Managers, and District Sales Representatives in the field as it relates to these products. Conduct sales calls with Account Managers and customers. Support new business acquisition through product presentations and demonstrations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, new products, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory changes. Provide guidance on product performance, specifications, and cost-saving opportunities. Train customers on proper usage of cleaning chemicals, dispensers, packaging, and disposable products. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company , and will include daily workdays with DSR's, District Sales Meetings, General Sales Meetings, Annual buying shows, all of which will require travel and overnight trips.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for growing sales and increasing gross profit margins in the item classes described above. Provide Sales support to sales by assisting in preparing bids, providing product training and information, and recommending pricing strategies and planning promotions. Performs other related duties as assigned. Travel to all Ocala Districts on a regular basis to perform sales calls, and travel may include overnight stays when applicable.
