Spark by Hilton Ormond Beach is seeking an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel and team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hotel professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of all aspects of hotel operations. As General Manager, you will serve as the driving force behind the hotel's success—leading daily operations, developing your team, maximizing revenue and profitability, and ensuring every guest experiences the welcoming and reliable hospitality that defines the Spark by Hilton brand. What You'll Do As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful operation and performance of the hotel.
You will:
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing hotel team. Oversee all daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and guest services. Drive guest satisfaction and ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience. Manage the hotel's financial performance, including revenue, labor, expenses, budgets, and profitability. Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share. Recruit, train, coach, and retain talented associates and department leaders. Create a positive, accountable, and engaging team culture. Maintain Hilton brand standards and ensure operational excellence throughout the hotel. Monitor guest feedback and online reputation while implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Develop strong relationships with local businesses, community partners, and key customers. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Work closely with regional and corporate leadership to achieve operational and financial goals. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a visible, hands-on hotel leader with a strong operational and financial background.
Qualifications include:
Previous hotel leadership experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or comparable senior hotel operations leader . Hilton experience strongly preferred. Experience in select-service or focused-service hotels preferred. Proven ability to lead and develop successful teams. Strong understanding of hotel financial statements, budgets, labor management, and profitability. Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction and operational performance. Experience managing hotel sales, revenue, and market performance. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A highly visible leadership style with a willingness to be actively involved in daily operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong knowledge of the local market and leisure demand drivers is a plus. Why Join Us?
