Our Management Trainee program provides hands-on experience across sales, customer engagement, team development, and daily business operations. Team members learn the fundamentals of our client campaigns while developing the skills needed to take on additional training, leadership, and operational responsibilities. Catalyst Corporation works with nationally recognized brands across industries including telecommunications, smart home technology, and renewable energy , giving team members exposure to a variety of products, services, and customer acquisition campaigns. What You'll Do Gain hands-on experience in sales, customer acquisition, and campaign execution Represent client products and services through direct, face-to-face customer interactions Learn effective sales strategies, customer engagement techniques, and relationship-building skills Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and benefits Work alongside leadership to understand daily campaign and business operations Track individual and team performance goals Participate in ongoing sales, product, leadership, and management training Assist with training and supporting newer team members as you progress Learn how to provide coaching, feedback, and performance support Develop skills in team development, campaign management, and business operations Help maintain a positive, professional, and performance-driven team environment What We're Looking For Previous leadership or sales experience is helpful but not required . We provide hands-on training for individuals who demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to learn.
