Compensation:

$17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, and train team members to build a competent, diverse, and motivated workforce Address performance or conduct issues through appropriate disciplinary actions to uphold company standards Take part in regular meetings to review store performance and help develop improvement strategies Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to help maintain effective store operations and team success Keep the Store Manager informed about operational updates, team performance, and any store-related challenges

Qualifications:
