With Ford, Chevrolet, and CDJR , our General Manager has access to three of the strongest domestic brands in the automotive industry under one operation. In the heart of Kentucky truck country, the opportunity to grow our truck and SUV business is significant. We are looking for a leader who sees that opportunity and wants to build something exceptional. This position is ideal for an experienced automotive leader who is competitive, understands dealership operations, and wants the ability to make a major impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven automotive dealership management experience required General Manager, General Sales Manager, or comparable senior dealership leadership experience preferred Strong desking and deal-structuring ability Strong understanding of new and used vehicle operations Proven ability to lead and develop a sales organization Strong understanding of internet leads and CRM processes Working knowledge of F&I performance and dealership profitability Ability to read and manage from a dealership financial statement Strong inventory management skills Excellent leadership, communication, and accountability skills Ford, Chevrolet/GM, or CDJR franchise experience is a plus

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
