We are looking for a strategic and hands-on technology executive to guide the company's IT direction during a pivotal stage of growth in Needham, Massachusetts. This leader will shape enterprise systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data capabilities, and digital innovation while partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The role is responsible for building scalable, compliant, and business-ready technology operations that support clinical development and commercial readiness.
Responsibilities:
Define and lead the enterprise technology strategy, aligning platforms, processes, and investments with organizational priorities and long-term growth plans.
Direct day-to-day IT operations across internal staff and external service providers, ensuring reliable support, strong performance, and clear accountability.
Oversee regulated business systems and technology environments used across clinical, quality, regulatory, finance, HR, supply chain, technical operations, commercial, and research functions.
Strengthen cybersecurity, identity and access controls, risk management, and disaster recovery capabilities to protect systems, data, and business continuity.
Manage the Microsoft 365 and cloud ecosystem, driving secure, efficient, and scalable use of collaboration tools, infrastructure, and SaaS applications.
Establish data governance practices and expand analytics and AI capabilities that improve decision-making and operational insight across the organization.
Partner with business leaders to prepare technology operations for commercial launch activities and evolving organizational demands.
Lead vendor strategy, contract oversight, and service delivery management to maximize value, reduce risk, and maintain dependable external partnerships.
Ensure IT practices, documentation, and systems remain aligned with GxP expectations, 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, and other applicable regulatory standards.
