Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or agency leadership. Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines of coverage. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute local business growth strategies. Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and agency metrics. Strong reputation for ethical conduct and professional integrity within the Maryland market. Responsibilities Direct the day-to-day sales operations and strategic growth of The Atlantic District office in Bowie. Mentor and guide a small team of licensed staff to reach their professional potential and agency goals. Identify and secure new commercial and personal lines accounts through local networking and community engagement. Review existing policy portfolios to ensure clients have adequate protection that aligns with their current life circumstances. Maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier representatives to ensure competitive pricing and broad product access for clients. Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local business forums to strengthen our brand presence in the region.
