The Primary Responsibility is to be accountable for performance of the Traffic Control Drivers. This may not include all the work examples given, nor does the list include all that may be assigned. Manage the Traffic Control Drivers Oversee Scheduling/Dispatch Lead the onboarding experience by serving as the primary contact for new hires during their first days and weeks Conduct orientation and introduce new employees to company culture, values, policies, and procedures Coach and mentor by offering guidance, answering questions, and providing real-time feedback to new hires. Model best practices and reinforce performance standards Document performance, skill proficiency and provides guidance to Trainer(s) Manage the elevating, performance improvements and/or termination Manage and approve PTO requests, based on Customer's needs Monitor and make recommendations to Divisional/Company Management on forecasted labor needs Manage Yard, Shop, Sign Shop Manage truck and equipment needs by working with mechanics on prioritizing repairs, maintenance etc. Other related responsibilities may be assigned We want you to join the
