Management Trainee - Minnetonka, MN Launch Point | Full-Time | Paid Training | Growth & Leadership Opportunity Launch Point is currently hiring on behalf of our client for an Entry-Level Management Trainee position in Minnetonka, MN. This opportunity is designed for motivated individuals looking to build hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, team development, and leadership while representing AT&T, one of the nation's leading telecommunications brands. As a Management Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced leaders to learn the day-to-day operations of a high-performing sales team. You'll gain experience coaching team members, driving sales performance, working directly with customers, and developing the skills needed to take on greater leadership responsibilities. What You'll Do Engage directly with customers to promote AT&T products, services, and current promotions Utilize sales and communication skills to achieve individual and team performance goals Learn effective sales, negotiation, and customer acquisition strategies Support daily team operations and sales initiatives Assist with coaching, motivating, and developing Sales Consultants Lead by example through strong customer service and sales performance Help resolve customer questions and service concerns professionally Learn to track team performance, sales goals, and key performance indicators Maintain knowledge of AT&T products, services, promotions, and brand standards Help create a positive, goal-oriented team environment focused on growth and development Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous sales, customer service, leadership, or team-based experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated to learn sales, leadership, and management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and wants more than just another job.
