Job Summary:

As the Full-Time Store Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and drive community engagement, advertising, and marketing initiatives both in-store and online. This role requires a proactive individual ready to represent our business in the community, manage our social media presence, and assist with essential administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for training new and existing team members on company procedures, ensuring high-quality customer service, and supporting the store's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Community Engagement:

Develop and execute local advertising and marketing strategies to increase store visibility and attract new customers. Engage with the local community by attending events, networking, and forming partnerships with nearby businesses. Manage and grow our social media presence to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including packaging, shipping, and mailbox services. Assist with payroll processing and basic bookkeeping as needed. Ensure the store complies with all safety and operational standards.

Training & Staff Development:

Train new and existing team members on company procedures, customer service standards, and industry best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and attend occasional training events, with travel required for special training sessions.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service to all customers and be a positive representative of JD & KD Multiservice. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally to maintain a high standard of service.

Language:

Speaking a different language is a plus, especially Spanish.

Education:

Minimum High School diploma or Some College/College Grad plus

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail management, customer service, or a related field. Strong marketing and social media skills, with a passion for engaging with the community. Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and payroll processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to travel for training as needed.
