The AGM is responsible for the successful operation of our hotel in a culture of outstanding service. The AGM is expected to meet or exceed objectives for revenue and profit, guest satisfaction, and quality standards. The AGM will supervise all areas of the hotel in a culture of superior service and product. The AGM will lead a team by example for optimum performance and guest satisfaction. A successful candidate MUST have at least one year, preferably longer, of hotel management experience. Salary is negotiable DOE. Skills Proven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant role Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Understanding of all hotel management best practices, relevant laws and guidelines, and brand standards Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant field
