Prerequisites Extensive leadership experience at the senior management or executive level. Strong expertise in operations, finance, and strategic planning. Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to drive organizational growth and lead through change. Track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) MBA or advanced business degree. Project Management Professional (PMP). Leadership or executive coaching certifications. Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications.
