This is an entry-level, in-person position for someone interested in building experience in sales, customer engagement, marketing campaigns, and team leadership . Paid training is provided — previous management experience is not required. What You'll Do In this role, you'll receive hands-on training while supporting marketing and sales activities for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

Representing client products and services in retail locations Speaking with customers and providing information about current products, services, and promotions Assisting with customer acquisition and sales activities Supporting in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events Tracking daily sales and campaign performance Learning and applying customer engagement and sales techniques Participating in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions Assisting with training and supporting newer team members as you gain experience Our training is designed to help you develop practical skills in: Sales and customer communication Marketing campaign support Customer acquisition Product and service presentations Performance tracking Team collaboration Leadership and day-to-day operations What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive and professional attitude Reliable and comfortable working in a team environment Willingness to learn and receive coaching Comfortable interacting with customers in person Goal-oriented and motivated Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, or marketing is helpful but not required Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base pay + Performance-based commissions and bonuses Paid weekly Paid training Coaching and professional development Full-time schedule Advancement opportunities based on performance and business needs Position Details This is an in-person, customer-facing role .
