Our client, a leading organization in the construction and real estate industry, is seeking a Vice President of Project Controls to join their team. As a Vice President, you will be part of the Project Controls Department supporting project teams and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

$110-134/hr. What's the Job? Lead project controls for multiple engagements, including large-scale and complex projects. Partner with team members to execute projects through all phases, from conceptual design to final delivery. Present project updates and cost estimates to key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency. Develop detailed construction cost and project cost estimates, utilizing local market data and industry benchmarks. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor their implementation to ensure project success. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. 10+ years of experience as an Estimator, Cost Manager, or similar role in the construction or real estate industry. Proficiency with estimating software such as Cost-X, On-Screen Takeoff, or equivalent tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
