• Reminderville is looking for a motivated, hands-on Part-Time General Manager to help us open our studio, develop and lead a high-performing team, grow membership, and create an exceptional experience for every member and guest.

This is more than a desk job. We're looking for someone who is comfortable leading people, driving sales, building relationships in the community, and taking ownership of results. This position also has a clear opportunity to grow into a full-time General Manager role!

To maintain the integrity and good reputation of the HOTWORX® brand through various marketing tactics and to professionally represent the brand at all times. Lead Exceptional Staff Actively recruit, interview, train, and supervise Trainer Sales Associates (TSAs) Coach and hold the team accountable to individual performance expectations Facilitate all weekly and/or monthly staff meetings/training sessions Collaborate with franchisees to set and monitor individual sales goals, create employee-centered initiatives, and complete regular evaluations Create A Welcoming Environment Create and nurture a welcoming, supportive, and empowering environment amongst studio staff, members, guests, vendors, and other personnel Ensure daily and monthly cleaning and maintenance checklists are completed Work with franchisees to keep accurate product inventory and place new orders Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the studio and ensure required equipment maintenance is being addressed Serve Loyal Members and Guests Do whatever is necessary to provide members and guests with a best-in-class experience Consistently maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the HOTWORX® Uniform Policy & Code of Conduct Ensure proper data entry and record keeping for all guests, members, and clients Drive Membership Growth Lead the studio toward daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals Build relationships with leads, guests, members, and former members Lead daily outreach and follow-up efforts Develop community partnerships and take advantage of local marketing opportunities Utilize social media and organic marketing to generate conversations and studio traffic

Growth Opportunity:

This position is currently structured as a part-time role; however, as the studio continues to grow, there is a potential opportunity for the General Manager to transition into a full-time leadership position.

Compensation:

$20 per hour for 25 scheduled hours per week (full-time GM payment will move to a salary pay) Bonuses and commissions based on the completion of individual and studio membership sales and achievement of studio milestones
