Hot Head Burritos Fairfield is actively searching for an articulate, reliable and knowledgeable individual to fill the role of Store Manager. A Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs. Must have the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Managers are expected to work a full 50-55 hours week. Including nights, weekends and holidays. You are also expected to be in uniform while working.
