Plant General Manager Responsibilities Include:

Supervise daily plant activities Manage plant P&L, budgets, cost controls, and operational performance Lead production, design/engineering, procurement, inventory, logistics, maintenance, and quality Drive production efficiencies, material yield, labor efficiency, and waste reduction Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, industry standards, OSHA, and quality requirements Maintain strong quality control processes and certification requirements Train, manage, and provide feedback to employees Prepare daily efficiency, production, and operational reports Troubleshoot production and equipment issues; coordinate with maintenance Manage raw material procurement and inventory Ensure production schedules, staffing, and delivery requirements are met Evaluate capital expenditures and equipment investments for ROI Lead the expansion of manufacturing capabilities into additional building component products

Plant General Manager Qualifications Include:

7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Experience in building components or related manufacturing preferred 5+ years of experience supervising manufacturing teams Proven P&L, budgeting, cost control, and operational management experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing/ERP systems Experience in building products or component manufacturing Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and production systems Experience with industry quality and certification programs Experience with material procurement and yield optimization CAPEX and ROI experience Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Operations, Construction Management, or related field Don't hesitate!
