This role oversees service, parts, customer experience, and financial performance while building the systems and team needed to support rapid growth. Key responsibilities include driving revenue and profitability, streamlining workflows for higher efficiency, recruiting and developing technicians and staff, strengthening customer relationships and retention, managing inventory and vendor partnerships, and implementing processes that allow the shop to scale smoothly. The ideal candidate brings five to eight years of automotive repair or service leadership experience, with a track record of helping a business grow.
