Job Summary Club Suerte is seeking an experienced, dependable and hands-on Manager. This is a leadership position for someone who is comfortable managing employees, woking, and entering data on POS, cash handling and confidentiality Duties Lead the overall management of the including operational procedures to ensure smooth daily operations. Supervise staff members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to promote a motivated and efficient team. Oversee guest services by ensuring exceptional customer experiences through attentive service and prompt resolution of issues. Manage event planning and execution, including special gaming nights, tournaments, private parties, and themed events to boost engagement and revenue. Utilize technical proficiency to oversee gaming equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades or repairs. Develop operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency while maintaining a fun environment aligned with brand standards. Assist with promotions, concerts, comedy nights, searching and booking talent. must pass a background check Experience Proven experience in nightclub or entertainment venue management with a strong background in events management. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or managerial roles in hospitality or resort settings. Familiarity with operations management including budgeting, cash handling, shift management, and staff supervision. Experience in managing large teams with excellent managerial communication skills. Knowledge of customer service best practices within a fast-paced environment focused on guest satisfaction. Prior experience with technical equipment related to gaming or entertainment venues is preferred. Bilingual is highly desirable.
