General Manager -Hotel We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead the daily operations of our hotel. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys being actively involved in day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional guest experience. The General Manager will oversee staff, ensure smooth operations, and help maintain the unique character and high standards of our property. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast. Provide hands-on support to the team as needed, including assisting with front desk operations and guest interactions Hire, train, and manage staff while fostering a positive team culture Ensure exceptional guest experiences and promptly resolve guest concerns Work one desk shifts a week, and fill in on others as needed Maintain property standards for cleanliness, safety, and service quality Build relationships with guests and vendors Help drive occupancy, positive reviews, and repeat business Qualifications Hospitality or hotel management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent guest service and communication abilities Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment Experience with hotel management systems Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and
