Assistant Manager - iSmash Roy Do you enjoy leading people, working hard, and creating unforgettable experiences? iSmash is looking for a reliable, energetic Assistant Manager to help lead our team. This isn't a desk job—we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, work alongside the staff, and help create an exciting, safe, and fun environment for every guest. What You'll Do
- Lead by example and help motivate the team every day.
- Ensure guests have an outstanding experience.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Help organize and maintain rage rooms, attractions, and equipment.
- Lift and move heavy items as part of daily operations.
- Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe.
- Coach employees, solve problems, and maintain high standards.
- Step into any role when needed and help the business succeed.
- knowledge of how to assist with social media is strongly preferred. What We're Looking For
- Dependable and punctual—you show up ready to work.
- Positive attitude with strong leadership skills.
- Physically able to lift heavy items throughout the day.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Available to work Monday through Saturday, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous leadership or management experience is preferred but not required for the right person. Schedule & Pay
- Approximately 45 hours per week.
- Monday through Saturday.
