Responsibilities Assist with daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow. Help supervise, train, and support team members. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally. Assist with shipping, packing, printing, copying, and other business services as needed. Support inventory management, organization, and store cleanliness. Help meet business goals and maintain company standards. Assist with opening and closing procedures and other management duties. Learn company policies, procedures, and operational systems. Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. Experience working at FedEx Office or The UPS Store is a plus . Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
