Job Description

The Boys & Girls Club of Bloomington‑Normal is seeking a detail-oriented and mission‑driven Grant Manager to lead our grant strategy, secure funding, and ensure compliance across all awarded grants. This role is essential in supporting programs that empower youth and strengthen our community. Key Responsibilities Research and identify grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies Write and submit compelling grant proposals and reports Manage grant compliance, deadlines, budgets, and documentation Collaborate with program and finance teams to gather data, outcomes, and financials Build and maintain strong relationships with funders and community partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, public administration, or related field 2-3 years of grant writing or grant management experience Exceptional writing, organization, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across teams Experience in youth development or human services preferred Schedule Full‑time, non-exempt position Candidates must be local to the Bloomington-Normal area Remote work may be considered Why Work With Us Meaningful work that directly impacts youth in our community Supportive, mission‑focused team environment Competitive salary and benefits Opportunities for professional growth If you're passionate about strengthening resources for youth and enjoy turning ideas into funded opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
