Full Job Description Equipment and Uniform Vault Assistant Responsibilities:
Input equipment and uniform counts; track count accuracy, notifying proper management of discrepancies and adjustments. Count new Inventory, as new inventory is purchased, entering the inventory into tracking system in a timely manner. Makes equipment adjustments. Assist in managing inventory transfers between events.. Assist with planning and managing the effective utilization of space to maximize storage capacity while helping maintain product quality and material handling productivity. Follow a quality control process to inspect all incoming equipment and uniforms for condition - clean, repair and return to inventory. Attend events to distribute and collect uniforms and equipment.
Requirements:
Must have strong people-skills (liaising with event coordinators, venues, Associate Support and associates). Problem-solving and creativity. Experience of working in a busy, high-pressured environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work unsupervised. Familiarity of Word and Excel. Flexibility, working on weekends and evenings. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drugscreen and background check.
Pay:
$17.00. 20-40 hours/week - overtime hours (depending on event schedule).
