Full Job Description Summary/Objective:

This position assists the departments by handling the physical movement of inventory, stocking supplies, and cleaning packaging debris from the plant. The position ensures inventory accuracy and supports production by maintaining proper material flow. Summary of Job Responsibilities Receive and inspect raw materials into Inventory; verify that quantities received and material type are accurate, label material accordingly. Label, tag and identify inventory materials Ensure raw materials arriving from the warehouse are correct, properly labeled and ready for use per instructions. Move raw materials to appropriate location in plant. Ensure production supplies are located where needed. keep pallets sorted and organized throughout the day. Participate in cycle and full physical inventory counts. Prepare raw material for RTI process. Conduct visual inspections to ensure the work area is safe and orderly. Arrange and prepare raw materials for the rewinding process. Enter data into inventory and production systems as required. Provide backup support to Inventory Control and Production Control personnel. Count raw material on the loom during the Working in progress raw material count period. Ensures safe work conditions and follows safety procedures and policies. Other duties as required by management.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English Basic math skills for inventory counts and labeling Familiarity with warehouse and inventory systems (preferred) Forklift operation (if certified or willing to be trained) Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong organizational skills

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Years' Experience:

1 year of experience in a warehouse, inventory or material handling role (preferred). Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be frequently exposed to chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Physical Demands Employee must be able to bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and physical activities in a fast-paced environment. Use of personal protective equipment may be required. Position Type/Work Schedule This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday 1st shift

• 5:30 am
• 2pm 2nd shift
• 1:30 pm to 10 pm 3rd shift
• 9:30pm to 6 am Must remain flexible and open to possible schedule changes in order to meet business needs.
