Ensure that all items are handled with care to prevent damage. Maintain organization and cleanliness in the picking area. Utilize handheld scanners and other equipment to track inventory. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly. Assist in inventory counts and restocking as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
