$18.00/hour About the Position We are seeking a Bilingual Vietnamese Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team at a growing nail polish distribution company. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with inventory, product labels, and computer systems. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring products are properly received, stored, picked, and accounted for. Key Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming nail polish products and shipments. Count and inspect products to ensure quantities and items match receiving documents. Use an RF scanner to scan, track, and update inventory. Read product labels and accurately match SKU numbers . Enter inventory information into the company system. Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as needed. Investigate and report inventory discrepancies. Organize and maintain products in designated warehouse locations. Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders when needed. Verify product quantities, SKUs, and labels before orders are shipped. Communicate inventory issues and updates to supervisors. Work closely with the shipping, receiving, sales, and customer service departments. Communicate with Vietnamese-speaking employees, vendors, or customers as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow company procedures for inventory control and product handling. Qualifications Bilingual in Vietnamese and English required. Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience is a plus. Experience using an RF scanner is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and match product labels and SKU numbers. Comfortable working with numbers and inventory records. Basic computer skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workdayPay:
