Job Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for a contract opportunity in Goleta, CA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

(REQUIRED

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

): 2-4 years experience Inventory Control 2-4 years experience Inventory management

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued. Requisitions needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order; inspects articles and rejects defective ones. Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts. Track expenditures of equipment repairs, services and parts ordered. Log all parts according to equipment or asset that is part of or any critical component in the manufacturing floor.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Accredited High School/GED.

WORK HOURS

Full-Time; 4/10A-1st Shift.
