This is a critical hands-on role of managing site inventory. Responsibilities include being able to track, move, and oversee both physical and system (ERP) inventory levels, transactions, and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a background in materials management and warehouse systems/MRP, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits to ensure data integrity Utilize warehouse management systems/MRP to track inventory movements and manage stock levels effectively Pull, Count & Kit material and move to necessary manufacturing queue Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes related to inventory control and distribution Conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies in inventory levels and implement corrective actions as needed Assist in the organization and optimization of stockroom layout for efficient storage and retrieval of materials Generate reports on inventory status, trends, and forecasts using data visualization tools to aid decision-making Keep stockroom and work-area clean & organized Follow company policy and safety protocol Ability to reliably report to work on-time and as required May have to juggle multiple assignments and changing priorities Perform other tasks as assigned Skills Strong understanding of materials management principles and practices Experience with warehouse management, MRP, or ERP systems Proficient in data visualization techniques to present inventory data clearly and effectively Knowledge of stock control procedures within a manufacturing environment. Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift 50lbs Ability to perform root cause analysis to resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently Familiarity with 3PL operations and best practices in inventory management. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed Ability to read, write, and understand instructions Ability to communicate and get along with employees, suppliers, and customers
