Job Description
Inventory Control ClerkWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Control Clerk to support warehouse inventory operations. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, scanning, barcoding, documenting, and tracking inventory while ensuring items are properly recorded and stored.
The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a warehouse environment, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy when handling inventory and product information.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately receive, barcode, scan, and enter incoming items into the inventory systemMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure items are properly accounted forConduct quality checks on stored inventory to ensure items meet established standardsProcess, inspect, and document returned merchandiseRecord important inventory information, including barcodes, quantities, damages, supplies, and pricing detailsIdentify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged merchandise, or incorrect product informationMaintain a high level of accuracy when scanning and processing inventoryAssist with organizing and maintaining inventory within the warehouseWork closely with warehouse, inventory, and design teams to support daily operationsProvide professional and responsive internal customer serviceFollow established inventory procedures and warehouse safety guidelinesAssist with additional inventory and warehouse-related duties as needed
