Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Worker to join our logistics team. Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production activities through computer-based order processing, ticket printing, system updates, and coordination with drivers, haulers, loaders, and warehouse personnel. The position may require working at either the plant or nearby warehouse based on operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Print pick tickets and shipping documents for orders Coordinate with loaders to ensure freight is properly staged Interact with haulers and drivers during shipping activities Coordinate product transfers and inventory movements between locations Process redistributed orders and update inventory systems Print tickets and stickers to support production Maintain accurate shipping and inventory information Work at either location as needed
MUST HAVE
Reliable transportation to work between the plant and nearby warehouse as needed Strong computer skills and experience with system updates Experience printing pick tickets and preparing shipping documentation Experience coordinating inventory movements and inter-warehouse transfers Comfortable interacting face-to-face with external haulers and drivers Ability to coordinate with loaders to ensure outbound freight is properly staged Experience printing production tickets/stickers and supporting inventory movements
Shift Timing:
6:00 AM-5:00
PM Weekly Schedule:
M-F CH1
Pay:
$20.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have experience printing pick tickets and preparing shipping documentation? Are you comfortable interacting face-to-face with external haulers and drivers? Do you have experience coordinating with loaders to ensure outbound freight is properly staged? Do you have experience coordinating inventory movements or product transfers between warehouse locations? Are you able to print production tickets/stickers and support inventory movements as needed?
