$18 Job description: Minimum Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting or Relative
• Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook suite of products; demonstrated aptitude for learning new software programs.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System.

Job Responsibilities 1. Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrival times 2. Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products for a business 3. Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company's standards 4. Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business 5. Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count 6. Implementing loss prevention programs to prevent theft 7. Researching the accuracy of product details and testing new products 8. Analysis of Inventory discrepancy and correct sales order issue in the ERP system.
