Position Type:

Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire (1st and 2nd Shifts Available) Position Overview Chase Staffing is seeking reliable Stand-Up Forklift and Cherry Picker Operators for immediate openings across the Conyers and Covington areas. Candidates with a background in inventory management or quality assurance are eligible for top-tier pay. These temp-to-perm roles offer steady hours, overtime opportunities, and strong benefits upon permanent placement. Key Responsibilities Operate stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers to safely transport, stock, and retrieve products. Pick, pack, assemble, and palletize customer orders accurately and efficiently. Receive, inspect, and segregate incoming inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Scan shipping cartons, print labels, tag outbound parcels, and audit order status. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere strictly to facility safety protocols. Assist with inventory counts, quality audits, and other warehouse projects as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience operating Stand-Up Forklifts and/or Cherry Pickers . Prior background in Inventory Control, Cycle Counting, or QA is strongly preferred (and qualifies for higher pay range).

Open shift availability:

Must be flexible to work any assigned shift and mandatory overtime as needed. Proficiency with RF scanners and basic WMS navigation. Must be able to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen and background check. Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and operate equipment for the duration of a shift. Capability to lift, carry, and maneuver items ranging from 20 lbs up to 70 lbs. Repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions (above and below shoulder level).
