Minooka, IL Full Job Description Joliet Staffing is hiring reliable and analytical IC Hub Associates (Inventory Control) to join our fast-paced warehouse operations team. In this role, you will work in the Inventory Control Hub, tracking stock levels, resolving inventory discrepancies, processing returns or transfers, and ensuring high levels of stock accuracy across the facility.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and stock reconciliations in the IC HubInvestigate, locate, and correct inventory discrepancies, short-ships, and damaged itemsUtilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory movementsProcess inventory adjustments, transfers, and system updates in real timeCollaborate with selection, receiving, and shipping departments to maintain inventory accuracyMaintain clean, safe, and organized inventory storage areas while strictly following company safety standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in inventory control, cycle counting, IC hub operations, or warehouse auditing preferredFamiliarity with RF scanners and basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Strong basic math skills and high attention to detailAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shiftDependable work ethic with reliable transportation and punctual attendance
