Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Returns Processor to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting returned packages, issuing customer refunds, repackaging items for resale, and supporting basic warehouse tasks such as stocking and picking parts. The ideal candidate works well by themselves but also on a team, is dependable, organized, and able to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment. P rimary Responsibilities Inspect return packages and determine condition of items Issue refunds accurately and efficiently Repackage returned parts for resale following company standards Pull and pick parts from a pre-created list Operate a forklift (will offer training if needed) Pack boxes and stock items according to company specifications Navigate the inventory system to research and identify parts Skills & Abilities Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask High accuracy and attention to detail Able to work independently as well as on a team and manage time well Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new processes Qualifications Basic computer skills required Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
