Booth Creek Wagyu is seeking a reliable Inventory & Fulfillment Associate to support the daily operations by managing product inventory, accurately fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This role is essential to ensuring our premium Wagyu products are handled with care and delivered accurately and on time to customers and partners.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming Wagyu beef products and supplies Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular audits and cycle counts Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Label, stage, and coordinate shipments to meet delivery schedules Ensure packaging meets food safety, quality, and presentation standards Quality & Safety Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage, packing, and work areas Follow company policies and applicable USDA or state regulations General Operations Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed Operate basic warehouse equipment (scales, pallet jacks, freezers/coolers) Support special projects, events, or seasonal volume increases Perform other duties as assigned to support team success

Qualifications & Skills:

Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods Comfort working in cold or refrigerated environments Clear written and verbal communication Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Familiarity with inventory software or order management systems Knowledge of food safety or quality control practices Work Environment Warehouse and cold-storage setting Hands-on, fast-paced environment Schedule may include early mornings, weekends, or seasonal overtime as needed

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or food handling
