Full-Time Schedule Information Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 1st shift Reclaims Associate Requirements No previous experience required Inspection, quality assurance, receiving, grading, returns, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to maintain both productivity and accuracy standards Strong attention to product condition, details, and discrepancies Ability to use scanners and computers to process inventory Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer and data-entry skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to complete repetitive inspection and processing tasks Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team Previous pallet-jack or sit-down forklift experience is a plus Commitment to warehouse and equipment-safety procedures Key Responsibilities Receive and process reclaimed, returned, or reassigned products. Inspect products for damage, defects, condition, and completeness. Grade and sort products according to established criteria. Scan products and update inventory or processing information accurately. Verify product numbers, quantities, and disposition instructions. Separate products based on condition and processing requirements. Document inspection results, discrepancies, and product status. Maintain required productivity levels without sacrificing accuracy. Move products and materials using pallet jacks. Operate a sit-down forklift when trained and authorized. Stage processed products in their assigned warehouse locations. Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and quality concerns. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow all warehouse procedures and workplace-safety requirements. Perform additional reclaims and warehouse duties as assigned.
