Warehouse & Inventory Associate Jim's Firearms — Baton Rouge, LA Full-Time | $15-$18/hour, depending on experience Jim's Firearms is looking for a dependable, organized Warehouse & Inventory Associate to support our Baton Rouge store. This is a hands-on position responsible for keeping inventory moving accurately from receiving through the sales floor. Firearms-industry experience is helpful, but not required . We're more interested in finding someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and takes ownership of their work. Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming inventory Tag, organize and properly store merchandise Move inventory between the warehouse and sales floor Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy Prepare merchandise for the sales team Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Assist with shipping, receiving and store transfers Learn and follow Jim's inventory and compliance procedures Provide occasional support to other store operations when needed What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail Ability to stay organized without constant supervision Comfortable working on your feet and handling merchandise throughout the day Basic computer skills Ability to work effectively with a team Willingness to learn firearms-industry inventory and compliance procedures Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, retail or firearms-industry experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person. Compensation $15-$18/hour, depending on experience. Starting pay within the range is based on relevant experience and demonstrated ability. Why Jim's?
