Inventory Clerk:

• Prepare, enter, and deliver purchase orders, work orders, and shipping requests for parts and supplies
• Serve as the primary vendor contact for pricing, availability, and vendor services
• Review and resolve purchase order discrepancies, incorrect shipments, pricing errors, and inventory issues
• Administer and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies
• Process purchase orders and invoices and assist with ledger reconciliation documentation
• Perform inventory audits and physical counts to ensure accurate inventory records
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel regarding parts requirements, supplier issues, and inventory system usage What You Need to Bring to the

Inventory Clerk Role:

• Previous inventory, purchasing, warehouse, or supply chain experience preferred
• Strong computer and inventory management system skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and process purchase orders and invoices
• Strong communication skills for working with vendors and internal departments
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift license; forklift experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
