$18.00/hour base pay $1.00/hour shift differential $19.00/hour total pay Key Responsibilities Pull, stage, and deliver parts and materials to production areas Pick, pack, and prepare materials for assembly and manufacturing operations Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory Verify inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies Process material requests, returns, and replacement orders Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records Operate material handling equipment and inventory storage systems Supply materials to production and shipping departments as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company quality, inventory, and safety procedures Qualifications Previous warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and follow pick lists, work orders, and inventory documentation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Basic computer and inventory tracking experience preferred Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Work Environment Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility Fast-paced production setting Exposure to inventory, warehouse, and manufacturing operations Required use of appropriate PPE Opportunity to gain experience with inventory management and material handling systems Why Join Our Team? 4-day work week with 3-day weekends every week Climate-controlled facility Stable, full-time employment Team-focused and supportive environment Growth and advancement opportunities Hands-on role that directly supports production success If you are motivated, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment, apply today and become an essential part of a team that keeps production moving forward.
